Shipping policy

We offer two delivery options: home delivery and 7-11 store pickup. Please note the following:

Shipping Methods:

  • Home Delivery:
    • Supports cash on delivery, credit card, and PayPal payments.
  • 7-11 Store Pickup:
    • Only supports credit card and PayPal payments; cash on delivery option is not available.

Shipping Fees:

  • Home Delivery:
    • Shipping fees: NTD $80
    • Free shipping for orders over NTD $1000
  • 7-11 Store Pickup:
    • Shipping fees: NTD $180
    • Free shipping for orders over NTD $1000

Payment Methods:

  • Home Delivery: Cash on delivery, credit card, PayPal.
  • 7-11 Store Pickup: Credit card, PayPal.

Payment Notes:

  • Please note that although the checkout page displays local currency, transactions are in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD), which may incur international transaction fees when using credit cards.

Shipping Date:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM noon will be shipped the same day.
  • Shipping may be suspended during typhoons or other force majeure events or during the Chinese New Year period.
